• The Platform is currently free to use and does not require account registration.
• You may browse and utilise CableIQ’s search engine, digital spec sheets, and 3D models for informational and internal business purposes.
• 3D models and visualisations are not to scale. A disclaimer will be displayed under each model to indicate this limitation.

3. Intellectual Property

The Platform brings together digital spec sheets, reference data, and visual assets from a range of manufacturers and partners. Intellectual property rights are respected and handled as follows:

• All digital spec sheets and related materials are used with permission from the relevant manufacturers or data owners, where applicable.
• CableIQ™ does not claim ownership of manufacturer content, but the Platform itself, including its design, compilation, user interface, and custom 3D representations, is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
• Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or public display of content from CableIQ™ (including spec sheets, 3D models, or interface elements) is prohibited unless you have our prior written permission or the permission of the relevant rights holder.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and may not be used without their consent.

4. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of the Platform and the rights of our partners, you agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise use automated means to access or extract data from CableIQ™ without our explicit written permission.
• Engage in data mining, database harvesting, or any similar activity in relation to the Platform or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying structures of the Platform or its components, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content without appropriate rights or consent.

• We do not warrant that the content, spec sheets, or 3D representations are error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CableIQ™ and Edison Elm disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including reliance on any information provided.

You are responsible for verifying technical specifications, compliance requirements, and suitability of any product or configuration with the relevant manufacturer or professional adviser before making decisions based on information from CableIQ™.
